Griffin
Griffin is my cousin Lauren’s second son. While she visited from Florida over the Holidays, Griffin gave me a great photo shoot. I had to make some prints out of the photos. Each finished print in the run is unique with a different arrangement of colors.

Hawaii Trip Planner
I am so excited to be going to Hawaii in May. Utilizing some sown time at work, I did some trip research and designed this personalized letter to my family.

Homecoming Poster
This is one of my most proud achievements. For the 2008 Homecoming, my poster design was heavily influenced by Alumni folks in the Office. Not long after I produced a poster with their specifications which I refuse to show here, I decided that next year I was going to do something totally different. I knew that I didn’t want to feature any individuals on the poster because I didn’t feel like any individual would be marketable, given the direction the football program was heading. Inspired by artists’ prints of other sports memorabilia, I knew I wanted to put together some sort of a scene with the UofL football gear and homecoming regalia. I had the image that I wanted in my head but I had no idea how to achieve it. I told the university’s photographer, Tom Fougerousse, my idea and he and I worked it out and with my direction, he got the shot that I wanted.

These posters for the Illumination Derby Ball are going to be hung up around the Actors Theatre of Louisville as decoration during this years official Derby Festival Event!

It was certainly a challenge to fit as much information into a 3.35 x 2.25 inch area for an advertisement in a magazine.

John Wall Poster
I made this poster for myself using a photograph of John Wall I scanned out of an issue of ESPN the magazine. All of my UK friends have got the saying “John Wall, Shinin’ Like a Disco Ball” stuck in my head. It is an exciting phrase for an exciting season of basketball.

Run for the L of it Poster
I decided to do something more memorable for the Run for the L of it materials this year. I had already created the tower of text with the running cardinal imagery for the tee-shirt design, so I created a faux street scape around that to give the poster an abstract feel.
